Water Billing
Each month a Public Works employee reads your water meter and enters the reading into a hand-held electronic recorder. After all the meters are read, the City Clerk transfers the recorded data into water billing software. The software calculates the usage and generates a bill based on the customer's rate.
Bills are mailed near the beginning of the month for the prior month's usage. Bills may be paid in person at the City office, or payments may be dropped through the office mail slot. Bills mailed should be addressed to:

Late payments may results in additional charges.
If you have a question about your water bill, call the City Clerk at 677-0223. Also contact the City Clerk to arrange for starting or stopping water service and to close a water account.
