If you are a business physically located in the city limits of Trinidad you need a business license. You also need a business license if you provide goods or services within the city limits even though your business isn’t physically located in the city limits. For example, if you are a plumber, contractor, or do lawn care for homes in Trinidad you need a business license to name a few.
