- Paper Survey: All residents were mailed a paper copy, and welcome to complete and return to the Trinidad Town Hall, 409 Trinity Street, or by mail to City of Trinidad, P.O. Box 390, Trinidad, CA 95570, or scan and email to jhakenen [at] trinidad.ca.gov
